Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1‑3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Our items are shipped directly from overseas warehouses/suppliers (dropshipping model).
Worldwide Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
Estimated shipping time: 15‑35 business days to most international destinations.
• Southeast Asia: 7‑10 business days
• Europe / North America: 18‑35 business days
• Rest of World: 20‑40 business days
Important note: All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed.
International shipments may experience delays caused by customs clearance, local postal service, peak holiday seasons or unexpected events, which are beyond our control.
Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country.
We may offer free‑shipping promotions for orders above a certain amount from time to time, which will be shown on the cart page.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow 3‑5 days for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Import Duties, Customs & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or local sales/VAT taxes charged by your destination country upon arrival (DDU shipping terms).
These charges are not included in product price or shipping cost. Please check your local customs policy before placing an order.
Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to sender due to wrong address, unclaimed, refused delivery or local customs rejection, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Additional reshipping fees will apply if you need us to send it again.
